Hatch Warren School reaches out
Following a visit and a talk by Roger Maclaverty to Hatch Warren Junior School in Basingstoke, pupils there did a project on India and also sent photos of themselves out to the Hannah Memorial Academy in Darjeeling. They also made a collection which resulted in a very generous donation to the charity of over £500.
We are not only extremely grateful for this donation, but also delighted that the school has reached out in this way enabling children from different continents to communicate with each other.
