Barton Peveril College adopts HMA as its nominated Charity

We were touched to learn that Barton Peveril College in Eastleigh, just outside Southampton, has taken our charity to heart, and adopted the Hannah Memorial Academy as a nominated charity for its fundraising events.

Recently, these have included a clothes swap, a plant sale, the sale of greetings cards plus the college caretakers have donated all the loose change they have recently found around the campus (a considerable sum – how wealthy are these students?) to the cause. We are told there are many more events to come, and were pleased to accept a cheque from the college.

Pictured from the left, near a tree planted in Hannah’s memory (she was a student there) are John and, Roger from HMA, Pat Mullins, Kevin Gilvary, and Penny Edwards together with Jessica Spake, Emma Budd and Chloe O’Malley, students of Barton Peveril. We look forward to a long and mutually successful association with you.
